Ruth D. Raisfeld

Ruth has more than 35 years of experience in the field of employment relations, wage-and-hour and labor law and has maintained a private alternative dispute resolution practice for more than 15 years. Ruth’s extensive education in the field and her familiarity with disputes of the workplace has enabled her to mediate hundreds of pre-litigation and pending employment litigation matters, achieving a high settlement rate of her cases. These cases include single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, and class discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour, and employment contract disputes in both the private and public sectors. Ruth’s success as a mediator (and an arbitrator) has been recognized by various credentialing organizations including the American Arbitration Association, the National Association of Distinguished Neutrals, the College of Labor & Employment Lawyers, SuperLawyers, Best Lawyers, and Preeminent Women Lawyers of Martindale-Hubbell.
